Hi, I’m Elvery Tinsley, Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate and founder of Harmony Counseling Network. With over a decade of experience in mental health and education spaces, I understand the emotional weight that educators carry—especially Black and Brown women navigating layered stress in and outside the classroom.

Harmony Counseling Network was created to be a soft place to land. We specialize in therapy for educators, high-performing women, and couples who give so much of themselves to others. This practice is rooted in the belief that healing happens in safe, affirming spaces especially when life feels heavy.
