Couples Counseling

At Harmony Counseling Network, I work with couples to strengthen emotional safety, improve communication, and rebuild trust. Whether you're in crisis or just craving deeper connection, you're in the right place.

Your relationship isn’t broken. But it may be stuck in patterns that leave you feeling disconnected, unheard, or overwhelmed.

Couples therapy is a space where both of you get to be seen, supported, and guided toward something better, together.

I often work with couples who love each other deeply but feel stuck in cycles of miscommunication, emotional distance, or unresolved tension. Many of the couples I support are high-functioning in every area of life, yet struggling to feel seen and understood in their relationship.

Some come in the aftermath of betrayal or burnout, while others arrive simply wanting to protect the bond they’ve built. Whether you’re navigating parenting, trust issues, or the weight of generational patterns, this space is for couples who are ready to grow, not give up.

Couples Counseling offers:

  • Clarity in Conflict: Learn to identify the root of your arguments and navigate them without shutting down or blowing up.

  • Communication Tools: Gain real, practical strategies to express yourselves without losing each other in the process.

  • Emotional Safety: Rebuild trust and connection, especially if there’s been past hurt or disconnection.

  • Relationship Alignment: Redefine the vision you have for your partnership—and get back on the same page.

How I Show Up

I bring both heart and mind to my work- deep clinical knowledge, cultural sensitivity, and a grounded, compassionate presence.

II show up as a guide, not a referee. I’m not here to take sides or declare a “winner.” I’m here to help both of you feel seen, heard, and understood—while helping you break the patterns that keep pulling you apart. In our sessions, I bring structure, compassion, and strategy.

I create space for the hard truths, but I also hold space for hope. I’ll challenge you with love, hold you accountable, and remind you why you came here in the first place: not to be right, but to get it right—together.

I’m Not Just A Therapist… I’m a Whole Person, Too.

It’s important to me that my clients don’t just see me as an expert, they see me as human. I bring both my professional training and my lived experience into the room. I know what it’s like to do deep, uncomfortable, life-changing inner work. I know what it feels like to question everything and still choose to keep going.

So when you show up unsure, scared, tired, or ready to break cycles, I’m not looking at you through a clinical lens alone. I’m walking beside you, holding space for your growth, your mess, your breakthroughs, and your softness.

This work can stretch you. But I’ll be there every step of the way—guiding, challenging, affirming, and reminding you: you’re not doing this alone.

What To Expect From Your First Therapy Session

  • We’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and what brought you to therapy now. I’ll get to know each of you and the dynamic you’re experiencing.

  • We’ll begin to identify your conflict pattern and emotional triggers—and how each partner’s experience is shaping the relationship.

  • We’ll clarify what you both want out of therapy and map a plan for moving forward together.

  • After the session, you’ll decide whether you’d like to continue. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll begin building a plan to heal and grow.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
